David and Beryl Colley have had a love for the Russian and Rex cats prior to 2000 when they started breeding. Our pedigree journey started with becoming the owner of a Cornish Rex cat and then 2 more as pets. Our enjoyment of their outgoing and active personalities as well as being low maintenance cats led us to seeking the opportunity to start breeding the breed so we can share and expand the breed with others. Our first Cornish rex breeding cats came from Australia and it was when we were in Australia we also encountered the Russian Blue cats. A cat oozing with love and affection for its owners as well as good looks. We fell very much in love with the Russian Blue cat
2 years after starting our breeding with the Cornish Rex we started breeding Russian blues and since then many kitten owners have had the joy of having a Russian Blue or Rex as part of their family. Our cats are a large part of our life in many ways as David has become a Short hair cat judge and also we have been involved in planning local shows.
Both the Russian Blue and the Rex cats may be suited to families where allergies may be an issue and also where families want a pedigree cat that interacts well with a family. Both breeds have BIG personalities and will also give you lots of love, and enjoyment in your life together The Russian Blue oozes with love and affection yet still playful and the Rex cats are known to be the "Clown of the cat world" All of our kittens grown up inside anjoying family life with us
